The colour red...

is the colour of energy, passion and action

This colour has many different shades and it's so pretty, sexy and  feminine, but did you know how is related to psychology?

1. It provokes the desire, as Shekespeare once said, desire in all its forms, even the negatives ones. Passionate love, sex and passionate hate or revenge are the most striking examples.
2. It motivates and inspire us to take action.

Why?

• Because it increases the levels of adrenaline, our blood pressure and heart rate.
• It's an attention getter colour. It's the universal colour for danger. It's also an aggressive colour.

So..., the only sure thing about red is 

that if you want to relax,

 don't chose it at all.

Another year is over. And a new one just begun.

 These are some old photos. I love them. I would die to wear long, maxi skirts everyday. They make me feel like a queen or princess in her own castle.

Tomorrow is my birthday. I just really don't want to grow up.

How to do a Yoga Tree Pose [Vrksasana] (with Pictures)

Every day, when I wake up or every night, before bed, I do yoga. cause yoga is a perfect way to start or end your day. It's magical release. I love yoga. So let's learn the tree pose, one of my favourite pose.

Step 1: Find a peaceful place, which inspires you and concentrate on your goal. Just don't think anything else right now!

Step 2: Kick the waves, because YOU rock here. Just kiddin', don't do it... but yolo.

Step 4:  Try to put your legs like this slowly.

Don't let anyone steal the show!... -.-

... Because you won't be able to control your balance and you will fall down. :(

All things are difficult before they become easy. :)
